Julie Moore and assistant Lindsay Oltrogge, are an energetic, highly driven, residential real estate team.  We strive every day to create a smooth transaction for each client, with frequent communication, an individualized game plan and specific approach for each client.  We work hard to educate each client about every step of the home selling and buying process.

In 2012, Julie finished #2 at RE/MAX REG for individual agents in her company, and in the top 3% of all realtors in Des Moines, selling almost 10M in residential real estate.  We currently move, on average, over one home per week. The large majority of our business comes from referrals.  Our clients range first time home buyers to executive relocations. We also list and sell downtown lofts, acreages, townhomes, and foreclosures.  We work in all areas of Central Iowa, wherever our clients take us!  We take great pride in making and keeping clients happy.  With each client, we go the extra distance to help reach their goals and make their transaction as stress free as possible.

From first time homebuyers, to a growing family, and finally retiring and downsizing, we help our buyers and sellers work through the home sellling and buying process.  We work together to get houses sold as quickly as possible for top dollar and to find a new home that is perfectly suited to our client's current needs and lifestyle. 

Julie is an accomplished business professional with expertise in sales, marketing and business development within the commercial and residential real estate industries.  A Drake University graduate, Julie began her real estate career in 1998 with RE/MAX Real Estate Group, and went on to become the Director of Client Relations for a commercial construction company, and then the Director of Development for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa.  She was part of the distinguished Forty under 40 Class in 2008. Today, Julie is committed to achieving timely results for her clients with a high standard of professionalism and integrity.  Her outstanding communication skills, coupled with extensive real estate knowledge, ensure that all of her clients’ needs will be handled professionally, efficiently and personally.

Julie and Lindsay know the importance in giving back to the community. We do that in multiple ways. Our motto is “Charity shines through the windows of every home we sell”.  Therefore, with each transaction completed, a donation is made to the charity of our client’s choice, as our gift to them.  We also work hard to connect clients who have items to give away or donate, to local area nonprofits, during the packing and moving process.
